60mins 1:1 coaching conducted by Russell/Caroline  (From Mar 5-Mar 23)

Understand each participant’s core values, aspirations and current
biggest challenge / areas for breakthrough

Get your ski gears and cable car pass ready

Day 1 (Mar 28) –  Getting to know each other & Warming up

8:00-10:00  Welcome – Self intro (3 words for describing yourself & who
you want to be remembered as)  + Major goal/breakthrough

10:00 Meet your professional coach at hotel lobby

10:00-16:00 Skiing 

16:00 – 17:00 networking over casual drinks in the bar

17:00 – 19:00 Onsen/leisure time/dinner

19:00 – 19:30 Networking time

19:30-21:30 Evening Group Coaching

Day 2 (Mar 29) – Building excitement

8:00-16:00 Skiing  – Ski coach to observe data points on key
breakthrough happening

9:00 Meet your professional coach at hotel lobby

9:00-16:00 Skiing 

16:00 – 17:00 networking over casual drinks in the bar

17:00 – 19:00 Onsen/leisure time/dinner

19:00 – 19:30 Networking time

19:30-21:30 Evening Group Coaching

Sharing on improvements in skiing & what you have learned for yourself &
others in    terms of addressing challenges (feedback within small

Day 3 (Mar 30) – Achieving breakthrough

8:00-16:00 On the slopes

9:00 Meet your professional coach at hotel lobby

16:00 – 17:00 networking over casual drinks in the bar

17:00 – 19:00 Onsen/leisure time/dinner

19:30-21:30 Evening Group Coaching

Sharing on thinkings on the life breakthrough so far, new reflections
(on how you usually work on the breakthrough vs. where you could do

Note: in either of the ski days, if you feel sour and just want to take
a short break, herb message is just downstairs in Hilton or you may want
to take a mental massage, enjoy one hour coaching service by either of
the co-active coaches for free.

Day 4 (Mar 31) – Peak experience

Full day leadership workshop facilitated by MCC

Learn what your skiing can tell you about your leadership

How to leverage your natural capabilities and strengths in other areas
of  your life

Identify where you hold back, resist, stop yourself

Learn tools to overcome your  barriers

Small group exercises with your peers

Learn how your reputation is created and your impact on others

What you need to bring more of and less of to increase trust,
credibility and power

Understand your personal level of effectiveness and how to increase it

Smarter use of your brain                                               

Day 5 (Apr 1) –  Wrap up and farewell (assuming all from Shanghai)

8:00-9:30  Life purpose/life goal+ what will you say yes / no to –
springboard for follow up 1-1 coaching

9:30-9:45 Feedback among the participants

10:00 – 13:30 on the road to CTS airport

15:00 flight departure for Shanghai or 13:50 for Beijing (if we allow
Beijing travelers, we cannot arrange any session in the morning of 1st
